Gelonghui, January 18 | Jinlong Co., Ltd. (000712.SZ) announced that the company will transfer the shares of Dongguan Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Dongguan Securities”) (up to 600 million shares, accounting for 40% of the total share capital of Dongguan Securities) through public listing on the Shanghai Joint Stock Exchange. Regarding this share transaction, the company plans to pre-list on the Shanghai Joint Stock Exchange in the near future; the pre-listing is only a pre-disclosure of information; the purpose is to seek intended transferees of the shares being sought; it does not constitute a transaction offer. Currently, the audit, evaluation and due diligence of this stock transaction are still ongoing. After the relevant work is completed, the board of directors of the company will review and determine the transaction conditions of this transaction, the specific number of shares to be transferred, etc.; after these matters are determined, the underlying shares will be officially listed and transferred on the Shanghai Joint Property Exchange.
