The Registrar of Companies of the Cayman Islands issued a certificate of registration for a change of name on December 19, 2023, certifying that the company's English name and Chinese double foreign name had been changed, while the Registrar of Hong Kong Companies issued a registration certificate for a registered non-Hong Kong company on January 11, 2024, confirming that the company's new name has been registered in Hong Kong in accordance with Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong.
