Pudat Technology (00650) announced that since April 1, 2023, the company has received 83 purchase orders and prototype orders for semiconductor wafer cleaning, solar cell wet processing, and solar cell copper plating equipment from various customers, an increase of 22 equipment orders over those disclosed in the company's announcement dated September 12, 2023. Revenue from these purchase orders and prototype orders has not yet been confirmed.
These products are single-chip wafer cleaning equipment (which is designed to clean silicon wafers to remove any adhering particles and organic/inorganic impurities); solar cell wet processing equipment (which is designed for the wafer surface texturing process to reduce reflective loss of incident light); and solar cell copper electroplating equipment, which is designed to use electrolysis to electroplate other metals or alloy layers on specific metal surfaces to achieve electrode molding of solar cells.
