Gelonghui, January 18 | According to the latest equity disclosure data of the Stock Exchange, from January 15 to January 16, 2024, Xinfeng Group (01223.HK) was granted a total increase of 2 million shares by Executive Director Zheng Dunni (Chairman and CEO) at an average price of HK$0.84-0.846 per share on the market, involving approximately HK$1,686 million.
After the increase in holdings, Zheng Dunni's latest shareholding was 1,293,230,000 shares, and the shareholding ratio increased from 43.41% to 43.48%.
