Gelonghui, January 17 | SDIC Intelligence (300188.SZ) announced that through a public listing on the Beijing Equity Exchange, it has collected a consortium transferee, Xiamen Torch Group Venture Capital Co., Ltd., Xiamen Torch Industrial Science and Innovation Investment Fund Partnership, and Xiamen Huanya Zhongzhi Technology Partnership to transfer 20% of Meiya Yi'an's shares. Among them, Torch Venture Capital plans to transfer 1.49% of Meiya Yi'an's shares, Torch Development Fund plans to transfer 12.34% of Meiya Yi'an's shares, and Huanya Zhongzhi plans to transfer 6.17% of Meiya Yi'an's shares. The transaction price was RMB 64.828 million, of which Torch Venture Capital invested RMB 4.828 million, Torch Industrial Fund invested 40 million yuan, and Pan Asia Zhongzhi invested 20 million yuan. The company recently received a “Notice of Contract Signing” from the Beijing Equity Exchange, confirming that the three eligible transferees, including Torch Venture Capital, are eligible for this transaction. After the transaction was completed, Meiya Yi'an was no longer included in the scope of the company's consolidated statements. According to the company's preliminary estimates, it is expected to increase investment income by 138 million yuan.
