(proposed name).
The company plans to establish a subsidiary Tibet Haiyue Marketing Management Co., Ltd. in Shannan City, Tibet Autonomous Region with its own capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes general projects: corporate image planning; marketing planning; conference and exhibition services; brand management; advertising production; advertising design, agency; project planning and public relations services; enterprise management; consulting planning services (excluding investment and financial consulting); and market research (excluding external investigations).
