Gelonghui January 17 | PLATT NERA (01949.HK) issued an announcement. The board of directors was informed by Pynk Holding, the controlling shareholder of the company, that the placement was completed on January 16, 2024. A total of 180 million placed shares (equivalent to 30.0% of the company's current issued share capital) have been successfully placed by the placement agent at HK$0.45 per share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement to no less than six undertakers.
