On January 16, 2024, the board of directors decided to hold a special shareholders' meeting to remove Ms. Ma Xiaoqiu, Mr. Jiang Jinbo, Ms. Chen Jun and Mr. Wang Fan from their positions as directors. It took effect on the day the extraordinary shareholders' meeting approved the proposed dismissal.
After the proposed dismissal was approved at the special shareholders' meeting, Ms. Ma Xiaoqiu will also no longer serve as a member of the Board's Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee and as the chairman of the Company's Investment Committee; and Mr. Wang Fan will also cease to be a member of the Board Review Committee and Nomination Committee and the chairman of the Board's Remuneration Committee.
