Huaibei Green Gold Co., Ltd. (02450) announced that Zhao Song and Lu Junzhe were appointed as executive directors with immediate effect.
According to section 3.05 of the listing rules, Liu Yong has resigned as an authorized representative of the company due to job transfer, effective January 15, 2024. Liu Yong will continue to serve as Chairman and Executive Director.
In this regard, Lu Junzhe has been appointed as an authorized representative with effect from January 15, 2024.
