Gelonghui, January 15, 丨 Dream Oriental (00593.HK) announced that from January 15, 2024: (1) Qiu Boyu has resigned as a non-executive director of the company, a member of the company's audit committee, a member of the company's nomination committee and a member of the company's remuneration committee; (2) Zhao Weicheng's resignation as a non-executive director, member of the audit committee, member of the nomination committee and a member of the remuneration committee; (4) Wang Luo has been appointed as a non-executive director, member of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee Chairman of the Nomination Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee; (5) Zhu Kaiqin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, member of the Audit Committee, member of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee; and (6) Chen Xiangping has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, member of the Audit Committee, a member of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee.
