On January 15, Gelonghui (605167.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Libert Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. recently signed the “7000 tons/year SOOC Project General Contract Agreement” and the “41,000 tons/year optical resin project construction general contract contract” with Zhejiang Tuoen Optical New Materials Co., Ltd. (“Tuoxene Optics”). The provisional contract price for the contract is RMB 30 million, and the provisional estimated contract price for contract 2 is RMB 350 million.
The signing of this contract is another cooperation between the company and Topene Optics. It is also the first time that the company has applied a modular construction method to a high-end optical new material project.
