Qiansheng Group Holdings (08475) announced that on January 4, 2024 (after the trading period), the company signed a memorandum of understanding with Guangzhou Blue Stone Information Technology Co., Ltd. to cooperate with Guangzhou Blue Stone to operate a chain of drink stores. According to the memorandum, after further discussion and consultation between the parties, the parties may enter into further agreements setting out the terms and conditions of the proposed cooperation. On the date of the MOU, no significant terms or forms of business cooperation were determined, and the parties did not enter into a legally binding agreement on cooperation.
The Board believes that it is beneficial for the company to explore opportunities from time to time to expand its existing business portfolio and operate new businesses with growth potential, as well as expand its revenue streams. The directors believe that this move is in the overall interests of the company and its shareholders.
