Hextar Capital Bhd, formerly known as Opcom Holdings Bhd, has completed the acquisition of 49% equity interest in Transgrid Ventures Sdn Bhd through the purchase of 5.39 million ordinary shares for a total consideration of up to RM98 million, marking Transgrid as an associate of Hexcap.
