Gelonghui, January 12, 丨 Enterprise Exhibition Holdings (01808.HK) announced that from January 8, 2024 to January 11, 2024, the Group sold a total of 4,207 NVDA shares in the market at a total cost of about US$2.259 million (not including transaction costs) through Enterprise Exhibition (Hong Kong) Holdings, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
Considering the recent market price of NVDA shares, the directors believe that the sale is an opportunity to realise the Group's investment in selling shares. The directors expect to confirm pre-tax earnings of approximately USD 173,746 (equivalent to HK$1,353,483) included in other comprehensive income, calculated based on the difference between the purchase price and sale price of NVDA shares (excluding transaction costs).
