Zhitong Finance App News, Jianlian Group (00385) announced that since January 12, 2024: Hu Zhizhao has been transferred from an independent non-executive director to a non-executive director and no longer serves as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, but remains a member of the Audit Committee; Chen Zijun, an independent non-executive director and nomination committee chairman, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee; Wang Chengwei, the chairman of the company, executive director and member of the nomination committee, has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee; and Zhan Bolle, an independent non-executive director and member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee, has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee members.
