(“Enlightenment Holdings”), which holds 23.40 million shares of the company (7.50% of the company's total share capital), plans to reduce its holdings of Shenzhen Stock Exchange by no more than 7.08 million shares through centralized bidding and bulk trading, that is, no more than 2.50% of the total number of Shenzhen Stock Exchange shares (if Shenzhen Stock Exchange transfers shares or transfers share capital from the capital reserve fund during this period, the amount of shares mentioned above will be adjusted accordingly).
Among them, for holdings reduction through centralized bidding transactions, the holdings reduction period is within 3 months from the date of disclosure of this holdings reduction plan announcement (i.e. February 5, 2024 and May 4, 2024); for holdings reduction through bulk transactions, the holdings reduction period is within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure of this holdings reduction plan announcement (i.e. February 5, 2024 to May 4, 2024).
