It will be carried out within 6 months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement of the holdings reduction plan. Within any 90 consecutive natural days, the holdings will be reduced by no more than 1% of the company's total share capital through centralized bidding transactions. Shareholder Youngor Apparel plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1% of the company's total share capital through centralized bidding transactions, that is, no more than 5.5556 million shares. The reduction will be carried out within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement of the holdings reduction plan.
