The average selling price is approximately RMB 20,331 per square meter.
In the fourth quarter of 2023, the Group, together with its associated companies and joint ventures, received total contract sales of approximately RMB 11.947 billion (down about 16.24% year on year), while the total contract sales area was about 556,200 square meters (down about 24.77% year on year). The average selling price is around RMB 21,481 per square meter.
