Gelonghui, January 11, 丨 Xinjiang Xinxin Mining (03833.HK) announced that on January 9, 2024, Guo Quan proposed to resign as (i) the chairman of the board of directors due to his personal business responsibilities and his inability to balance the company's business. (ii) Non-executive directors; and (iii) respective chairs of the Board Nomination Committee and the Strategy and Sustainability (ESG) Committee. Guo's resignation as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and Chairman of the Strategy and Sustainability (ESG) Committee will take effect when the new Chairman of the Board is appointed at the upcoming board meeting, while his resignation for the other positions mentioned above will take effect at the company's upcoming shareholders' meeting.
