Gelonghui, January 11 | Huaye Fragrance (300886.SZ) announced that it recently received a “Notice Letter on the Share Reduction Plan” from Qianshan Zhongrun Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Zhongrun Investment”), which holds more than 5% of the shares. Zhongrun Investment plans to reduce the company's shares by no more than 2,080,000 shares through centralized bidding transactions or bulk transactions (that is, the reduction ratio does not exceed 2.7899% of the company's current total share capital). Where holdings are reduced by means of centralized bidding, it is planned to be carried out within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure of this announcement, and the total number of shares held within 90 consecutive days shall not exceed 1% of the total number of shares of the company; where holdings are reduced by means of bulk transactions, it is planned to be carried out within 3 months after 3 trading days from the date of disclosure of this announcement, and the total number of shares held shall not exceed 2% of the total number of shares of the company within 90 consecutive days.
