Gelonghui, January 11丨Quanwei Technology (300716.SZ) announced that according to the company's strategic technical plan and strategic talent plan, in order to further build a cluster of advanced photovoltaic technology and emerging talents and continuously enhance the company's core competitiveness in the solar photovoltaic new energy industry, the company plans to jointly fund the establishment of Quanwei Future New Energy Technology Development (Anhui) Co., Ltd. (tentative name, “Quanwei Future New Energy Company”), and finally, the name approved by the industry and commerce department (“Zaozhuang Keli”) and Sun Yun The capital was RMB 50 million, of which the company invested RMB 25.5 million, accounting for 51% of the registered capital; Zaozhuang Keli invested RMB 23.5 million, accounting for 47% of the registered capital; and Sun Yun invested RMB 1 million, accounting for 2% of the registered capital.
