The project implementation entity is Guangdong Bona Pictures Media Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The film plans to use 120 million yuan in raised capital. The amount of capital raised to be invested in the original film will be adjusted according to the actual investment situation. The new film project “Human Warfare” is the company's active exploration in the field of animation. The film project is directed by famous director Xu Ke. As an animation-themed film, the audience covers all ages, and integrates science, reality, and entertainment.

Based on the company's future development strategy, it is proposed to invest 150 million yuan in the Bona Film Project from the original fund-raising plan to raise funds into the Bona Film Promotion and Distribution Project (“Film Promotion Project”). All funds raised for the new film promotion project will be used for the promotion, distribution and promotion of the film “The Legend.” After the change, the Bona film project invested 843 million yuan in capital raised, the TV drama project invested 250 million yuan, and raised 150 million yuan in capital for the Bona film distribution project.
