Global Strategy Group (08007) announced that on January 10, 2024, the company and Shanghai Tiancuiting Health Food Co., Ltd. (potential partner) entered into a non-legally binding memorandum of understanding on potential cooperation in the sale of meat products to Japan, Korea or other countries/regions.
The announcement said that the company and potential partners are discussing possible ways to cooperate. Potential partners can supply meat products to the group for the group to sell to commercial entities in designated countries or regions, or potential partners can establish a new joint venture with the group in the designated country or region and conduct sales business there. On the date of the MOU, no significant terms or forms of business cooperation were determined, and the parties did not enter into a legally binding agreement on cooperation.
