Gelonghui, January 10, 丨 Han Guo Real Estate (00160.HK) announced that on January 10, 2024, The Bauhinia Hotels Group Japan 3 entered into a sales agreement with the seller. The cost (including local consumption tax) was approximately 785 million yen (equivalent to approximately HK$42.39 million).
The Bauhinia Hotels Group Japan 3 was established under the TK arrangement and is separately funded and controlled by the joint venture company, while Best Range Global (a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of China and an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of Jianye) owns 60% of the shares.
