Gelonghui, January 10 | Hangxin Technology (300424.SZ) announced that today the board of directors received a written resignation report from Mr. Jiang Jun, the chairman of the company. Mr. Jiang Jun resigned as chairman of the 5th board of directors of the company and related special committees due to personal reasons, and did not hold any other position in the company after his resignation. Director Wang Lei was elected as the chairman of the 5th board of directors of the company. The term of office is the same as that of the current board of directors. According to the “Articles of Association”, the chairman of the board is the legal representative of the company, and the legal representative of the company was changed to Mr. Wang Lei. The board of directors authorized the management personnel to file and register the relevant changes.
