Gelonghui, January 10 | Asia Pioneer Entertainment (08400.HK) announced that the Company has appointed Baudelong Enterprise Services (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. (“Boldron”) to provide the Company with a number of corporate secretarial services. Baldwin nominated Yu Xiulan, senior manager of its corporate secretarial department, as the company's company secretary and an authorized representative of the company under section 5.24 of the GEM Securities Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange (“GEM”, “GEM Listing Rules” and “Authorized Representative”, respectively) and under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to serve as the authorized representative of the company in receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong.
The board of directors is pleased to announce that Leung Ho-yee, senior manager of Baudelung's corporate secretarial department, has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative for GEM listing rules, and authorized representative of the Hong Kong Company Regulations.
