Gelonghui, January 10 | Merry Health International (02327.HK) issued an announcement. As disclosed in the company's previous announcement, a total of 1.891,400 shares of Hanshang shares have been sold at a total cost of about HK$27.3 million (excluding stamp duty and related expenses). Subsequently, from October 20 to 31, 2023, the Group further carried out a series of transactions involving the sale of Hanshang shares in the open market. A total of 661,400 Hanshang shares were sold at a total cost of about HK$6.7 million (excluding stamp duty and related fees).
