The petitioners requested that the petition hearing be adjourned for eight weeks so that they could continue to apply for the Registrar's certificate. Accordingly, the High Court has directed that the adjournment petition hearing will be heard by the hearing officer on March 6, 2024.
In view of the impact of a possible winding-up order on the transfer of shares, the company is currently preparing to apply for an approval order with the Hong Kong High Court with legal advisors appointed by the company. Shareholders should be aware that there is no guarantee that the High Court of Hong Kong will grant any approval order.
