Gelonghui, January 9 | ST Tianlong (300029.SZ) announced that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Sichuan Zhongshu World Union Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (“Sichuan Zhongshu” or “seller”) recently signed a “Huaneng Xiyang County Photovoltaic Power Generation Project Support Purchase Contract” with Shanghai Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. (“Shanghai Power Construction” or “Buyer”). The total contract amount was RMB 38.1809 million (tax included). As of the announcement date, the company had signed a total contract amount of 5.11,43 with Shanghai Electric Power Construction and its subsidiaries for 12 consecutive months 720,000 yuan (Tax included), accounting for 47.50% of the company's total audited assets in 2022.
