Zhongyuan Securities Co., Ltd. recently received notification documents from the Henan Provincial People's Government regarding the removal of Li Zhaoxin from the position of chief accountant of the company and the removal of Zhu Junhong from the position of deputy general manager of the company. Meanwhile, due to a change in position, Zhu Junhong applied to the company's board of directors to resign as a member of the executive committee. The resignation report took effect on the date it was delivered to the board of directors (i.e. January 8, 2024).
This change is a normal work adjustment in the company's operation and management. Li Zhaoxin still holds positions such as the company's deputy party committee secretary, general manager, executive committee chairman, and financial director.
