The operation period of the fund is 6 years from the date of commencement of operation. According to the fund's operating needs, the partnership period of the partnership can be extended or shortened with the unanimous consent of all partners.
The fund mainly invests in leading industries such as next-generation communications, high-tech AI, new aluminum-based materials, new energy and auto parts; it focuses on leading enterprises, listed companies, the top 500 domestic enterprises, and high-tech enterprises in leading industries. The organizational form of the fund is a limited partnership. The total amount of pledged capital of the fund is RMB 1,001 million, with 3 installments, with the first instalment of 300 million yuan. Zhongke Private Equity Fund Co., Ltd. is the general partner, acting as the fund manager and executive partner.
