Zhitong Finance App News, Ruihe Shuzhi (03680) announced that since January 8, 2024, Mr. Fei Xiang has been transferred from an independent non-executive director to an executive director. Due to his transfer, Mr. Fei Xiang has resigned as Chairman of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Audit Committee; Mr. Shi Panchao has resigned as an executive director; and Mr. Chen Zhenping is no longer a member of the nomination committee.
Since the same day, Mr. Xue Shouguang has been appointed as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee, while Mr. Yang Haifeng and Ms. Dan Xi have each been appointed as members of the Nomination Committee; Mr. Shi Banchao is no longer the authorized representative and Mr. Fei Xiang has been appointed as the authorized representative.
