China General Education (02175) announced that due to major personnel changes in Guojin Securities (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., the company and Guojin have mutually agreed to terminate the compliance advisory agreement between the company and Guojin on November 20, 2020, which will take effect from January 4, 2024.
Pursuant to section 3A.27 of the Listing Rules, Changxiong Securities Limited has been appointed as the Company's new compliance advisor with effect from January 4, 2024. (i) financial results up to June 30, 2024 or the first full financial year (i.e. the financial year ending August 31, 2022) are subject to section 13.46 of the Listing Rules (whichever is later), or (ii) until the agreement with Changxiong is terminated in accordance with its terms (whichever is earlier).
