Gelonghui, January 5, 丨 Yincheng International Holdings (01902.HK) announced that the total contract sales volume of the Group and its joint ventures in December 2023 was approximately RMB 320 million, the contract construction area was about 13,832 square meters, and the average contract price was approximately RMB 23,165 per square meter.
From January to December 2023, the Group, together with its joint ventures and associated companies, had total contract sales of approximately RMB 5.946 billion, a total contract construction area of approximately 263,566 square meters, and an average contract sales price of approximately RMB 22,560 per square meter.
