Gelonghui January 5 丨 Jinjing Xinneng (01783.HK) announced that Jinjing New Energy International Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed an agency cooperation agreement with Zhuhai Ruizhu Construction Technology Co., Ltd. (Zhuhai Ruizhu), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Midea Real Estate Holdings Co., Ltd.
New Energy International signed this agreement with Zhuhai Ruizu to establish a cooperation agreement for the sale of MiC integrated modular buildings, built-in module products and related ancillary products in specific markets other than mainland China (including Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Australia, Japan, and any other specified region other than mainland China specified in the agreement.
The Board believes that with the resources and corporate backgrounds of both parties, the agreement brings strategic value to the Group. New Energy International and Zhuhai Ruizhu will carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of new industrialization based on product sales and distribution to jointly promote the popularization and development of green buildings in Hong Kong and around the world. By using the resources of its agent regions to promote and distribute Ruizhu's products, New Energy International can enrich its product portfolio, enter an expanding market segment, drive revenue growth, and apply Zhuhai Ruizhu's product solutions in its commercial projects. In particular, the MiC integrated modular construction method helps to further achieve the sustainable development of green buildings, improve the safety of building construction and reduce carbon emissions, fully demonstrating the Group's integration of ESG concepts into the whole process of production, operation and sales, and strives to achieve corporate responsibility and social sustainability. Furthermore, the partnership will consolidate NEV's market position, enhance its brand reputation, and promote strategic alliances.
