On January 5, 2021, Feida Holdings (01100.HK) announced that on January 4, 2024 (US time), SDHC Property, LLC (a limited liability company incorporated in California, USA, and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) signed an agreement with the buyer (Graybar Electric Company, Inc., a company incorporated in New York, USA) to acquire the property at a cost of US$13.5 million (equivalent to approximately HK$105 million).
The property to be acquired is currently owned by the seller on a plot of land at 8170 Lackland Road, Bel Ridge, Missouri 63114, USA, along with all existing warehouse buildings, fixtures and other structures and improvements.
