- RiceBran Technologies (OTC:RIBT) said on Thursday it had appointed James Flynn and Georgina Russell as independent directors to its board.
- According to RIBT, Flynn currently serves as the managing member and portfolio manager of Nerium Capital.
- Russell is the managing partner of Chicane GP and the portfolio manager of Chicane Opportunities Fund, RIBT added.
