Gelonghui, January 4, 丨 China Xincheng (01278.HK) announced that as of December 31, 2023, after deducting impairment preparations for risk projects, the total investment portfolio for the company's fixed income projects was approximately RMB 2,663 billion. Excluding risky projects, other projects obtained an annualized guaranteed investment income of approximately RMB 188 million before tax according to the contract, and the corresponding average annualized return on investment before tax was about 7.06%.
Compared with the company's investment portfolio on September 30, 2023, the Group added RMB 500 million for the first phase of the Liyang High-tech Zone Industrial Base Upgrading Project in the fourth quarter, and withdrew from the Taizhou Jingjiang Huaxin Science and Technology Innovation Park standard plant construction project of RMB 349 million and the Chengdu Jintang Huaizhou Xincheng General Aviation Industrial Park project of RMB 300 million, and collected the full investment capital and related guaranteed investment income in the fourth quarter.
