China Greenland Boda Luze (01253) and Greenland Financial Overseas Investment Group Co., Ltd. jointly announced that all prerequisites for the share exchange agreement and settlement agreement have been met, and that the share exchange and settlement have been completed and implemented on January 3, 2024.
After the completion of the share exchange and settlement, the company officially allotted and issued 1,979 million shares listed as paid up to Greenland Financial at an issue price of HK$0.1 per share; and the company officially allotted and issued 310 million shares and 119 million settlement shares to Inscription Capital and Easten Capital, respectively, at an issue price of HK$0.1 per share. As of the date of this joint announcement, exchange shares and settlement shares accounted for approximately 33.99% and 8.60% of the expanded paid up issued share capital of the company, respectively.
