After the special resolution proposed to change the company name was passed by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, the Registrar of Companies of the Cayman Islands issued a certificate of registration of the company name change on December 8, 2023, certifying that the company name was changed from “Qidian International Co., Ltd.” to “China Qidian Guofeng Holdings Limited” and the adoption of the Chinese dual foreign language name from “Singularity International The change of “Limited Company” to “China Qidian Guofeng Holdings Co., Ltd.” has taken effect.
