On the date of this announcement, since the auditors have not collected all necessary documents, information and supporting audit certificates, the relevant audit work for this year is still ongoing. As a result, auditors need additional time (including but not limited to) to send and receive audit confirmations from banks, suppliers and customers; obtain confirmation of legal proceedings from legal advisers; obtain sufficient and appropriate audit evidence on the classification, existence, completeness, valuation and/or rights and obligations of inventory, investment property, property, plant and equipment, intangible assets, right-to-use assets, deposits, other receivables and payables, contract liabilities and lease liabilities; and gather and provide required documents and information to complete the audit process. Currently, the company expects to publish its annual results and send an annual report on or before March 31, 2024.
As of the date of this announcement, the Group focused on using its financial resources to settle employee salaries and other outstanding payments, and the company is still raising sufficient financial resources to gradually resume business.
