Gelonghui, January 3 | Xiangsheng Holding Group (02599.HK) announced that in December 2023, (i) the total contract sales volume of the Vested Group was approximately RMB 2.153 billion; (ii) the contracted construction area of the Vested Group was approximately RMB 160,277 square meters; and (iii) the average contract price of the Vested Group was approximately RMB 13,433 per square meter.
For the twelve months ended 31 December 2023, (i) the total sales of the Vested Group contract was approximately RMB 17.911 billion; (ii) the Vested Group contract construction area was approximately 1,324,143 square meters; and (iii) the average contract sales price of the Vested Group was approximately RMB 13,526 per square meter.
