- Oroco Resource (OTCQB:ORRCF) Tuesday reported that it intends to raise up to C$1 million through a non-brokered private placement of 2.5 million units at a price of C$0.40 per unit.
- Each unit is comprised of one common share in the equity of the company and one share purchase warrant entitling the holder to acquire one additional share for C$0.65 for a period of 18 months from the closing date.
- The company said it intends to use the net proceeds of the private placement for working capital and for general corporate purposes.
