Yusheng Culture (01859) announced that even though the company's share trading has been suspended since March 2023, the Group's business operations will continue as normal in all major aspects. The Board of Directors will continue to evaluate and monitor the impact (if any) of the suspension of the Company's share trading on the Group's operations and financial performance, and will take appropriate measures in due course, including issuing announcements on the Group's business operations.
Trading of the company's shares continues to be suspended.
