Gelonghui, January 2, 丨 Yu Sheng Culture (01859.HK) announced that on November 17, 2023, the Company received a petition from Donnelley Financial Solutions Hong Kong Limited (the “Petitioner”) to the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on November 1, 2023, in accordance with the Company's Liquidation Procedure No. 486 of 2023. The petition will be heard in the High Court at 9:30 a.m. on January 10, 2024. The company has sought legal advice on this petition.
The company has a dispute over the debt and believes the petition was an abuse of procedure. The company will object to the petition and will seek dismissal of the petition at a hearing.
