The total contract price was 156.1 million yuan. This contract is part of the company's daily sales contract.
According to the signed contract, the contract performance period is from the date of signing and sealing until the equipment installation, commissioning and testing is approved. According to the progress of the project completion and acceptance work of both parties to the contract, the company obtained the “Equipment Completion Certificate” issued by Lago Resources on December 31, 2023, and the project has completed the completion acceptance.
