On December 29, 2023, the company signed a plan management and operation agreement with Swift Power, Shenzhen Giahong Semiconductor, Jiangsu Giahong Semiconductor, and the employee shareholding platform on the management, operation, rights and obligations of the contracting parties within the employee share award program.
