Gelonghui, December 29丨Shenzhou Information (000555.SZ) announced that on December 29, 2023, the company held the 6th interim meeting of the 9th board of directors in 2023 to review and pass the “Bill on Transfer of Part of the Shares of Participating Companies”. The company's wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhou Digital Rongxin Software Co., Ltd. (“Rongxin Software”) transferred 1.5% of its shareholding company Shenzhou Digital Rongxinyun Technology Service Co., Ltd. (“Rongxinyun” for short) Equity, and authorize the company's management or its authorized persons to handle specific matters of this share transfer, including but not limited to signing relevant agreements and processing commercial changes. After the transaction was completed, Rongxin Software held 17.5% of Rongxin Cloud's shares.
