Gelonghui, December 29 | Capital Information (01075.HK) announced that since the original Beijing Xinlongfu lease agreement expires on December 31, 2023, the company signed a lease agreement with Beijing Xinlongfu on December 29, 2023. Based on this, the company agreed to further rent Beijing Xinlongfu's office property from Beijing Xinlongfu for office use, from January 1, 2024 to June 30, 2026.
Since the original property service agreement expires on December 31, 2023, the company also signed a property service agreement with Beijing Xinlongfu Property Management on December 29, 2023. According to this, Beijing Xinlongfu Property Management agreed to provide property services to the company for Beijing Xinlongfu's office property from January 1, 2024 to June 30, 2026.
