According to Zhitong Finance App, Delin Holdings (01709) announced that on December 29, 2023, the Delin Family Office, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a consulting agreement with Chen Ningdi. The Delin Family Office was appointed as Mr. Chen's advisor to provide consulting services. Unless terminated early in accordance with the terms of the advisory agreement, the advisory agreement will take effect on January 1, 2024 and will expire on December 31, 2026.
The directors believe that the conclusion of the advisory agreement will enable the Group to continue to provide consulting services to Mr. Chen based on the rich consulting experience of the Delin Family Office and be consistent with the company's policies to expand the Group's revenue base and provide a stable source of revenue for the Group. Therefore, the directors believe that the conclusion of an advisory agreement is in the overall interests of the company and shareholders. The terms of the consultancy agreement were reached after fair negotiations between the Delin Family Office and Mr. Chen.
